For our account and our needs, we keep this simple. A call or text to the lead tech who worked on a project with a description of the issue (i.e., a cable isn’t testing properly) and usually they’re back on site ASAP – sometimes the same day if the issue is customer urgent. If a larger response is required, a service call is easily arranged with their scheduler(s).
